Welcome to the fine print of Arts Unique
- Customer Service is extremely important to us.
Please feel free to offer any comments, suggestions, or just get in touch
with us at info@artsunique.co.nz.
- Privacy. Your privacy is important to
us. We will not give out your personal information to others. We do keep
your order details, if you are a subscibed user, so that you are able to
review your previous orders.
- Security. We offer a secure on-line
ordering system. It is safe for you to submit your contact details and
credit card details through this system.
- Shipping. We ship to Europe, USA,
Australia and New Zealand.
We will process your order and payment when we receive your order
confirmation. You will receive an email from us with the
total cost, plus postage, packaging and/or insurance. We can usually ship
your artwork(s) on the day that you order.
If the product is not in stock, you will be advised, and will not
be able to process the order until the out of stock item has been removed
from your shopping cart.
Shipping costs are for international shipping by International Post with
Cover (insurance). It takes 4-10 working days to arrive at your place.
Please refer to our order information of the item you wish to purchase. We
will give you a quote before processing your order so you will know what
you will pay.
Express Courier can be arranged.
- Cost. Once confirmed the order
amount will be transferred to US dollars. To check the current exchange
rates, please refer to the currency converter.
For New Zealand orders, all items include 12.5% GST.
- Customs. If you purchase from
overseas, you are considered an importer that may subject to import duties
and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please
check with the Custom Authorities of your country before ordering items,
as Arts Unique will not cover the import charges.
- Return policy & Guarantee. If for some reason you are
not happy with your purchase, we offer you a full thirty-day money
back guarantee (not including shipping costs or insurance).
If, for some reason, your purchase is damaged, we will offer you a similar
item, refund or credit. Please send the damaged item back, and we will contact
you via email, or phone to discuss your requirements.
- Commissions. Yes, we do receive requests
for commissioned work and are happy to organise a commissioned artwork,
carving, print, jewellery item, or any other product for you.
- Feedback. We welcome your feedback,
suggestions, and we welcome you. We enjoy it when you come and visit us
